No, as only the driver and an Authorised Officer make entries to the EWD. A Recordkeeper can inform the driver of the errors so they can decide to make changes. Drivers may make changes to records that they have not confirmed yet (records from current open shift), before they end their shift. Records must be confirmed within a 24 hour period as per NHVR specifications.
