Add a vehicle to a fleet

With Q-Control, you can manage multiple truck and heavy vehicle driver's Electronic Work Diaries for NHVR compliance, in a company environment. With a company setup, fleet vehicles can be tracked and managed so that drivers can along with optional prestarts and maintenance record capture.

To add a vehicle in the Quallogi EWD system

1. Select Vehicle from the left menu pane
   
   
   
2. Click the 'Add a vehicle' from the top right 
   
   
   
3. Add the Vehicle Details. Ensure these are accurate for yellow copy records
   
   
   
4. Scroll down and enter the Vehicle Registration Details. Ensure these are accurate for yellow copy records and rego expiry notifications. 
   
   
   
5. Enter NHVAS Maintenance and Mass details if relevant
   
   
   
   
6. Click Add Vehicle when all required details are entered
   
   
   
7. The page will reload to show the newly created vehicle
